City Customer Interaction Centres closed on 16 June public holiday

The City’s Customer Interaction Centres will be closed on Tuesday,16 June 2026, for the Youth Day public holiday. Residents are encouraged to make use of the various convenient online payment options on this day, if required.
The City's Customer Interaction Centres will be closed on Youth Day, Tuesday 16 June 2026 and residents are reminded to use our simple and convenient e-Services.
The Accounts and Motor Vehicle Registration and Licencing offices situated at Liberty Promenade Mall, Table Bay Mall and Lansdowne Corner Mall will also be closed on Tuesday, 16 June 2026.
Municipal account payment services are available online via the City’s eServices, by using the QR code on your account statement or by making payments via EFT. You can also pay your accounts at Shoprite, Checkers, USave, Pick n Pay, PEP, Ackermans, Lewis, Top It Up, Woolworths, all Spar stores, MassMart Group (Game, Builders Warehouse + Makro) and Nedbank branches.
